IMG is hiring a team of Security and Badging Specialists who will oversee and manage all aspects of the Personnel Security Program. They will have a strong understanding of adjudications policies and procedures, to include familiarity with NBIS/e-APP systems and ability to process clearances while managing robust records for personnel security files.  ​ 

 

 

Key Responsibilities

Personnel Security Program Support 

  • Assist in the oversight and management of all aspects of the Personnel Security Program 
  • Screen applicants utilizing basic adjudicative requirements 
  • Review/prepare documentation that complies with adjudicative guidelines for access authorization 
  • Complete security clearance action requests 
  • Review and process documents using NBIS, e-APP, and other security tools 
  • Identify and resolve deficiencies in security documentation and records management 
  • Reconcile and audit data between HQ and Field Offices 
  • Perform data entry into personnel security, facility clearance, and investigative databases 
  • Generate reports, dashboards, and briefing materials as needed 
 

 

Security Briefings & Visitor Management 

  • Perform security briefings and debriefing processes for employees 
  • Coordinate incoming/outgoing visit requests and coordination 
  • Record fingerprints 
  • Foreign travel approval, coordination, and tracking 

 

Information & Physical Security 

  • Perform basic Information Security audits 
  • Reset lock combinations 
  • Maintain combination records 
  • Knowledge of space surveys with the use of checklists 

 

Badging and Access Control Systems 

  • Operate and maintain badging and physical access control systems 
  • Enroll employees into badging systems; update permissions in physical access control systems 
  • Issue US Access and badges 
  • Run reports in the LENEL system for alarms, reader access, cardholder access, and access levels 
  • Create new badge designs 
  • Create new access levels 
  • Configure new alarms or modes for building readers 
  • Monitor who enters or exits buildings 
  • Maintain physical access control systems 
  • Maintain parking garage report 
 

Qualifications

Requirements

 

  • 3+ years of experience in operating and maintaining badging and physical access control systems to include one or more of the following: 
  • Knowledge of SEAD 4 and Agency 472.2A standards 
  • Familiarity with the operation of electronic and mechanical locks 
  • Experience in performing routine maintenance such as patches and rebooting badging and physical access control systems   
  • Knowledge of space surveys with the use of checklists 
  • Ability to work from a ladder, as needed 
  • Active Secret or L security clearance 

 

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • Strong background in PERSEC security program management 
  • Extensive experience with background with investigative processes and regulatory guidance 
  • Familiar with INFOSEC inspections, audits, and Command Cyber Readiness Inspections (CCRI) 
  • Ability to maintain and inspect classified containers for compliance and operational status 
  • Knowledge of working in a classified environment with multiple networks 
  • Experience working in a classified environment
