Opportunity

IMG is looking for a Computer Network Support Specialist to resolve issues of moderate/high complexity including, but not limited to answering phones, responding to help requests, and physical troubleshooting of equipment. Additional IT tasks of varying complexity may be assigned.

Qualifications

Candidates must have the following combination of knowledge and skill to be considered:

  • Must have an active DOE Q clearance or an active DOD Top Secret. Active Secret clearance may be considered.
  • Education: Bachelors Degree and two (2) years of relevant experience, Associates Degree and four (4) years experience, High School Degree and six (6) years experience
  • Demonstrated record of providing strong end user support
  • Demonstrated ability to articulate technical solutions and concepts through verbal and written communication
  • Customer service skills, able to communicate in a clear and concise manner.
  • Demonstrated multi-tasking and prioritization abilities
  • A+, Sec+ or Net+ (or similar) certification approved by the customer
