Computer System Analyst with Top Secret Clearance

IMG is looking for a cleared Computer System Analyst to fill an escalation role, possessing the technical skills to work with end users to resolve issues of moderate/high complexity including, but not limited to answering phones, responding to help requests, and physical troubleshooting of equipment. Additional, routine IT tasks of varying complexity may be assigned at customer discretion.

Candidates must have the following combination of knowledge and skill to be considered:

• Must have an active DOE Q clearance or an active DOD Top Secret. Active Secret clearance may be considered.
• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field and four (4) years of relevant experience,  Associates Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field and six (6) years experience, High School Degree and ten (10) years experience, or similar education / work experience via customer approval.
• ​Cisco CCNP (CCNA may be substituted with 3+ years of experience in Cisco networking)

Other experience and/or certifications would include:

• Splunk Enterprise Certified Admin or Splunk Enterprise Core Certified Power User
• VMWare and NetApp experience
• Red Hat Enterprise Linux experience
• Microsoft Client and Server On-Prem Experience
• Microsoft Exchange Experience similar certification​
