Design and implement a SQL Server database system to support the BIM project. The tasks are included requirements collection, feasibility analysis, conceptual design, logical design and physical schema design; data migration from various data sources to target database system in data center and Azure cloud. Also participate the whole web system from front to back end design and implementations. Technologies are involved 3D models, GIS and FME/Revent, etc.
Defining project scope and collecting requirements and feasibility analysis. Design databases conceptual diagram, logical diagram and physical diagram. Led and Set up SQL Server hardware architecture and software configuration with the team. Prepare and ETL all sources data to final staging destinations by using FME and ArcGIS. Work with a development team by applying scrum CI/CD method. Communicating with different level of end-users to clarify data history and performing a data mapping process.
Environment: SQL Server 2014/2016/2019/2022, SQL Azure, C#, Databricks, Erwin 8 Data Modeler, RDBMS, Arc GIS, 3D models, FME, Revent, Windows 10 Server, Jira CI/CD, Confluence, GitHub.

The candidates shall have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Programming, Information Science, Management Information Systems or in a related field from an accredited college or university and six (6) years of relevant experience or a minimum of ten (10) years relevant experience in one of these fields.
