    IMG – provides information technology (IT), information assurance (IA), and visual communication services to government and commercial customers worldwide - is seeking a full-time Talent Acquisition Manager at its 4050 Legato Rd Ste 200 Fairfax, VA 22033 location.


    The purpose of the Talent Acquisition Manager is to manage and mentor a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists to ensure IMG meets its growth objectives.

    • Manages a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists in a shared services environment.
    • Performs full life-cycle recruiting on open requisitions to include job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
    • Ensures Talent Acquisition Specialists are following processes and procedures.
    • Drives performance of Talent Acquisition Specialists to ensure required level of production is met or exceeded.
    • In partnership with IMG Corporate leadership, will set the recruitment strategy for IMG programs.
      • This may include job posting optimization to include detailed job analysis and development of competency profiles, recruiting marketing channel development, job board procurement, digital and non-digital employment marketing, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning, workforce planning, etc.
    • Use social media, job boards, Internet sourcing, and other technical means to source candidates for open jobs.
    • Participate in employment events, such as career fairs.
    • Use sophisticated ATS and other recruiting software and CRM system to track applicants through the selection phase through to on-boarding.
    • Experience administering iCIMS is preferred.
    • Tracks Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) data for compliancy.
    • Position will have 4 direct reports.


    • 3-5 years’ demonstrated people and project management experience.
    • 5-7 years’ demonstrated full life-cycle technical recruiting background within the cleared space.
    • *This position will be required to recruit Information Technology professionals for IMG’s programs.
    • Experience communicating with all levels of management; strong verbal and written communication skills are required.

    Clearance Required: Candidate must be a U.S. citizen and have the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance.


    Education Required and Years of Experience Required: Bachelor’s Degree required and a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience to include 3-5 years’ of people and project management experience in addition to 5-7 years’ experience recruiting cleared information technology professionals.
