    Information Management Group, Inc. has provided continuous IT support to the U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) since 1997 and is currently priming the TROJAN Network Operations (NetOps) contract. TROJAN allows for reach-back communications to national and joint intelligence information to provide access to Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) analysis, imagery exploitation, science and technology intelligence production. IMG provides direct network and systems Operations & Maintenance (O&M) support to ensure connectivity for the TROJAN user community, including system maintenance and repair support; system operations support; configuration management support; and Communications Security (COMSEC) and circuit management support.


    IMG - founded in 1987 - provides information technology (IT) and information assurance (IA) services to government and commercial customers worldwide - is seeking a full-time Network Analyst/ System Administrator II with TS/SCI at its Fort Belvoir, VA location.


    Shifts Available:

    Front End Days - Every Sun - Tue and Every Other Wed, 6am-6pm

    Back End Days - Every Thurs - Sat and Alternate Wed, 6am-6pm




    • Actively monitor network and terminal operations to ensure connectivity and availability.
    • Monitor network data traffic patterns to minimize choke points.
    • Provide system administrator support for the Active Directory environment.
    • Provide hands-on, day-to-day issues related to user accounts and access to the Active Directory and WAN.
    • Accountable for all aspects of Network requirements and manages the hands-on, day-to-day issues related to Networks.
    • Hardware support includes, but is not limited to, Cisco Routers and Switches, Dell PCs, Sun Servers, Juniper Routers, Panasonic Laptops, In-Line-Encryption devices, network appliances (firewalls, TACAS, IDS etc.) and any other such devices.
    • Support includes: Cisco IOS, Microsoft Active Directory (AD) and applications, network monitoring tools (e.g. What’s Up Gold), Sun Systems IOS, Java, Adobe and any other mission specific software applications.
    • Perform all duties in a consistent manner to meet or exceed the stated Acceptable Quality Levels (AQL) for each Performance Objective as stated in the Performance Requirement Summary (PRS). 


    •  3-5 years’ experience in supporting users in a similar environment.
    • IMG provides certification reimbursement.
    • Successful candidate must have either the IA cert (A+, Net+ or Security+) or a computing environment certification.

    * Candidate will be given time to obtain a computing environment certification.

    • *The Microsoft certification can be obtained at home. Please see the below information:

    MTA exam (Server 2008R2 or 2012R2). Exam 98-365 is the preferred Server Cert, however, exams 366 and 367 would suffice.



     Those are the most basic to obtain quick compliance. The other acceptable server exams would be the MCSA, MCSE or MCITP.

    Clearance Required: TS/SCI (Top Secret with Sensitive Compartmented Information) required prior to consideration.


    Years of Relevant Experience Required: 3-5 years providing support to end users in a similar environment.
