IMG – provides information technology (IT), information assurance (IA), and visual communication services to government and commercial customers worldwide - is seeking a full-time Computer User Support Specialist (Help Desk Technician) at its Malmstrom AFB, Montana location to support our customers Help Desk Operations.
Education: High School diploma or General Educational Development (GED) equivalency. Completion of an IT training program is required.
Training: Completed and maintained Basic Life Support Training is required prior to employment start date and will be maintained by the employee at no additional cost to the Government.
Experience: 2 years of IT Help Desk Experience.
Clearance: Secret clearance or Top Secret is desired. Must be able to pass a government background check.
Certifications: Completed and maintained at a minimum Security + CE certification IAW DoD 8570.01-M.
