Senior Helpdesk Specialist- TS/SCI (2nd Shift)

IMG – provides information technology (IT), information assurance (IA), and visual communication services to government and commercial customers worldwide - is seeking a full-time Senior Help Desk Specialist with TS/SCI at its Arlington, VA (Pentagon) location.

• Responds to and diagnoses UNIX/LINUX problems through discussion with users. 
• Ensures a timely process through which problems are controlled. 
• Provides support to end users on UNIX/LINUX issues.
• Identifies, researches, and resolves UNIX/LINUX technical problems.
• Responds to telephone calls, email and personnel requests for UNIX/LINUX technical support.
• Documents, tracks, and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution.
• Interact with network services, Tier 2/3 staff, and/or applications development to restore service and/or identify and correct core problem.
• Deploy to alternate site for exercises and real world events.

Certifications Required: IAT Level 2 (Comp TIA Security+ce (most common))

 Clearance: TS/SCI required prior to consideration.  

Schedule: 2pm- 10:30pm
