IMG – provides information technology (IT), information assurance (IA), and visual communication services to government and commercial customers worldwide - is seeking a full-time Senior Field Service Technician with Polygraph at its Annapolis Junction, MD location.


The Senior Field Service Technician is responsible for applying technical understanding and customer service skills to support all aspects of both the removal and installation of IT assets.


  • Technical escalation and/or complex troubleshooting.
  • Disconnection of equipment
  • Asset tracking, configuration, installation, and troubleshooting of IT assets.
  • May be required to oversee junior staff and/or coordinate with customer during execution of required tasks.


Clearance Required: TS/SCI Full Scope Polygraph


Education Required: Bachelor’s Degree in a Computer, Business or Math related field and at minimum two (2) years experience performing related job duties.

An Associate’s Degree and an additional seven (7) years may be substituted for the Bachelor’s Degree.

Or nine (9) years of overall experience. 


Certifications Desired: CompTIA Security+ and Computing Environment certification.
