IMG is currently in the process of building technical teams to help support one of our federal government customer’s in Maryland. These teams will be responsible for providing enterprise management services to include service delivery in the following areas: build and implementation, operation and maintenance, connectivity, logistics management, identification of asset components, asset management, customer support services and ops and engineering support services.

 

The majority of these technical teams will be operating out of a contractor owned facility in Columbia, MD, but all team members will be responsible for helping support several other government sites across the Washington metropolitan area.

 

This is a long-term contract with a 10 year period of performance that offers a significant opportunity for stability and career growth.  We are rapidly identifying and hiring qualified candidates that are interested in performing the following roles: Hardware Engineers, Hardware Specialists and Hardware Technicians. All of these positions require applicable experience and education as well as an active TS/SCI with full scope polygraph. 

 

IMG is hiring for a Field Support Manager with TS/SCI Full Scope Polygraph to work at its Columbia, MD facility.

Responsibilities

  1. Managing service delivery staff to ensure service levels and objectives are met.
  2. Implementing operations improvements to meet established objectives across multiple facilities.
  3. Assisting in managing activities related to customer requirements, budget challenges, human resource needs and plans for new business development within assigned area.
    • Facilitating customer relationship and satisfaction while ensuring adherence to company policies and processes.
    • Investigating matters of significance, recommends and implementing appropriate course of action.
    • Implementing business processes and assisting in process improvement initiatives in order to enhance customer service.

Qualifications

Required Skills, Experience, and Education:   Shall have seven (7) years of experience that may include a combination of work history and education. A master’s degree is equivalent to 6 years of experience, a bachelor’s degree is equivalent to 4 years of experience and an associate’s degree is equivalent to 2 years of experience or high school diploma with ten (10) years experience. The degree must be from an accredited college or university. Must have excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. They coordinate with team members – those in project management, security, asset management, customer service or help desk departments – to solve problems and manage projects. Conflict resolution, analytical, and decision-making skills are crucial to the position as well.

 

Required Clearance:  Candidate must have a TS/SCI polygraph clearance

Desired: DoD 8570 IAT Level 1 or MCSE
