IMG – provides information technology (IT), information assurance (IA), and visual communication services to government and commercial customers worldwide - is seeking a full-time Field Service Technician with Top Secret Clearance at its Idaho Falls, ID location.

 

The purpose of the Field Service Technician is to provide on-site IT support as needed to maintain service levels as required by the customer.

 

Responsibilities

  • This position is considered entry-level. Training is provided.
  • IT support task areas include asset management; desktop device and peripheral maintenance; fax machine and repair (Idaho location only); deployment and installs, moves, adds, and changes of desktop devices and printers; support of servers and high performance computers; and disposal of equipment per customer specifications (including degaussing hard drives at Idaho location only).

Qualifications

  • 2+ years’ experience.
  • Training provided.
  • Ability to lift 40+ lbs.

Clearance Required: TS (Top Secret) required prior to consideration. Or DOE “Q” Clearance.
